5. Prohibited in the directory
- Services that claim to register people in the lottery, guarantee visas, or offer legal representation without a licensed attorney.
- Unlicensed businesses where a license is legally required; fraudulent, abusive or Google-policy-violating content.
- Other people's or businesses' details without permission, or spam links.
6. Featured listings
A featured listing is a paid ad that appears first on its state and category pages and is labelled "Ad". It is activated after payment for the chosen plan's duration and does not change our review rules. If a featured listing is removed for violating these terms, the remaining time is not refunded. Otherwise, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if featuring has not been activated.
7. Intellectual property
Guide text, site design and tools belong to USAPEDIA24. Short quotes with a link to the original page are welcome; copying or republishing full guides is not permitted.
