Identify your inputs first
You need your case category, priority date and chargeability area. Do not substitute your interview or arrival date.
Read the correct chart
Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing are different charts. For adjustment of status, check the USCIS chart choice for that month.
Understand the result and its limits
A priority date must be earlier than the cutoff. C means current without a date cutoff; U means unavailable. The bulletin alone does not decide eligibility or approval timing.
Requirements change. Check the official source for your situation before acting.
